Running the session
Moderators focus on the conversation in the session room. Observers use Backroom chat to send questions to Moderator. When a “meh” or “wow” moment happens, they hit the ‘Save moment’ tab, to build a reel.
Wrapping up
Transcripts are generated with accurate custom vocabulary (eg. ingredient names, clinical terms) and PII redaction. Ask AI Q&A for usability issues, desirability nuances or user-language.
