A credit means around 1 hour of platform utilization*. Depth interviews are considered as 1 credit and Focus groups as 2 credits.
There are no cutoffs. Even if your depth interiews goes beyond 1.5 hours.*
The credits roll over to next month.
Yes. You can. However, in that case, you would forfeit your unutilised credits.
