Our Story

We started our journey with www.mymrplace.com. myMRPlace was built to solve market access problem for research professionals especially cross border. As we keep building myMRPlace, we realise and came across other necessities including need for supplier curation and that is when we built www.mytranscriptionplace.com

As we continued working with our clients, we could observe the drag of project management and how most qualitative research practitioners end up spending a disproportionate amount of time on project management and that is how flowres was created.

All great products also have excellent customer support. Our team is physically based in India but our customer support team supports all time zones. All product plans come with access to website chat support 24 x 7.

We are all exposed to great user experience as consumers of apps for e-commerce, booking, delivery etc. As a team, we measure ourselves with consumer e-commerce apps when it comes to user experience. We are determined to provide a consumer-grade user experience to every flowres user.

Jiten Madia

(Co-Founder & CEO)

Qualitative researcher at heart, Jiten has rich research experience across various types of research organisations including research agency as well as client side researcher. Jiten has worked with top tier research agencies like Nielsen and IPSOS and has also served as a client-side researcher at Fortune 500 MNCs like Bajaj Auto and John Deere. Before starting myMRPlace, Jiten headed the Consumer Insight function for John Deere for the region of Asia and Africa. Jiten is an MBA from NMIMS and an alumnus of the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business.

Maniish Karve

A market research operations professional, Maniish has worked on setting up new practices and scaling outsourced quantitative operations for some of the largest MR agencies in the world. Specializing in data analytics, he has also worked with Fortune 500 retail giants, solving problems related to dynamic pricing, inventory, and customer segmentation. Adjectives aside, he is a wildlife and astronomy enthusiast and passionate about football (COYG!), and P.G. Wodehouse.
