flowres is a qualitative research platform designed for and by researchers. It seamlessly integrates with Zoom, Teams, and Meet, ensuring minimal disruption for participants and clients. Powered by ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini, it accelerates insight generation and inspires impactful storytelling.

Our Story

Our journey started as myMRplace.com, which we built to solve market-access problems for local and global research professionals. While building myMRplace, we discovered other researcher needs such as supplier identification, curation and management; which resulted in us building myTranscriptionPlace.com

As we continued working with clients, we observed the drag of Project Management and how Qualitative Research practitioners commonly end up spending a disproportionate amount of time on it. This realization resulted in us building flowres.
Our Journey
2019

We started our journey as myMRPlace, aiming to solve market-access problems for local and global research professionals.

2020

We rapidly scaled to 550+ suppliers across 80 countries, building a robust network for researchers worldwide.

2021

We incorporated in the US and recognized the growing need for organized, end-to-end transcription, leading us to pivot towards myTranscriptionPlace.

2022

We continued scaling operations (scaled to _____) and value-added flowres.io as a forward-integrated tech platform alongside myTranscriptionPlace.

Additionally, we launched our Qualitative Data Analysis (QDA) services.

2023-24

We launched flowresAI — a purpose-built Generative AI designed specifically for the analysis and reporting of Qualitative Research, pushing the boundaries of insight generation.

Jiten Madia

(Founder & CEO)

Qualitative researcher at heart, Jiten is equipped with rich research experience across the research ecosystem – research agency and client-side inclided. He started out with top-tier research agencies (Nielsen, IPSOS), moving on to the client-side, at Fortune 500 MNCs (Bajaj Auto, John Deere). Before turning entrepreneur, Jiten was Regional Lead (Consumer Insights, Asia and Africa) at John Deere. He is an MBA from NMIMS, Mumbai and alumnus of the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business.

Maniish Karve

A market research (MR) operations professional, Maniish has specialized in setting up new practices and scaling Quantitative operations for some of the largest MR agencies in the world. Specializing in Data Analytics, he has also worked with Fortune500 Retail giants, solving problems related to dynamic pricing, inventory and customer segmentation. Adjectives aside, he is a wildlife and astronomy enthusiast and passionate about football (COYG!), and P.G. Wodehouse. ​
